Our spare parts warehouse has a wide range of SIEMENS<\/strong> and FANUC<\/strong> electronic parts for NC, PLC<\/strong> and Drives<\/strong>.
\nThe stock includes over 5000 electronic parts<\/strong> with immediate availabilit<\/strong>y for our customers.<\/p>\n

In order to offer a service that is increasingly attentive to cost reduction, we have not only new components<\/strong> but also reconditioned<\/strong> spare parts. The range of available products covers automation systems that go from the first CNCs to the most modern equipment, protecting our customers from the risks of obsolescence.
\nAll the material is supplied with a 12-month warranty<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The motor warehouse:<\/strong>
\nThe motor warehouse is stocked as for the electronic spare parts of new<\/strong> and overhauled<\/strong> SIEMENS and FANUC products, always covered by warranty.
\nThe motors in stock cover needs of all types, and if not available, we can carry out any adaptation<\/strong> at our laboratory<\/strong> to create the desired motor.<\/p>\n

The range of motors available to our customers covers every need, from the first DC motors<\/strong> to the most modern linear motor<\/strong>s.

The electronic repair laboratory:<\/strong>
\nThe internal repair laboratory guarantees, with its 6 stations<\/strong>, immediate and high-quality repairs<\/strong>. Each repaired electronic board is subjected to strict functional tests<\/strong> to guarantee maximum reliability for our customers. The laboratory is supported by our internal warehouse of electronic components to be able to deal with requests for urgent repairs that are carried out on the same day.<\/p>\n

The engine repair laboratory:<\/strong>
\nEngine repairs are carried out according to the highest quality standards<\/strong>. Each engine, once overhauled<\/strong>, is subjected to balancing<\/strong> on a CEMB balancing machine as well as functional tests<\/strong> with sustained work cycles, in order to guarantee correct functioning once reassembled on the systems.<\/p>\n

Technical interventions and retrofits:<\/strong>
\nThe supply of materials is completed by the availability of a specialized technical staff<\/strong>, ready to intervene at the customers’ premises for any type of need.
\nEven the most complex problems can be addressed without difficulty.
\nIn cases of explicit customer needs we are able to perform complete<\/strong> or partial retrofits bringing<\/strong> the systems to the current state of the art without a heavy economic impact. Software development:<\/strong>
\nUpon customer request, we create, to specification, HMI<\/strong> interfaces, PLC<\/strong> logic, machining programs<\/strong>, and warehouse management systems. Software development activities also include the creation<\/strong> of customized interfaces<\/strong> directly on the machine panel, and also on external PCs communicating with the systems.<\/p>\n

Overhaul of spindles and electrospindles:<\/strong>
\nOur work process consists of dividing the work into six phases:
\nVisual inspection<\/strong> of the motor and analysis of the external integrity of the spindle\/electrospindle. We then proceed with disassembly and subsequent cleaning.
\nParameterization<\/strong> of mechanical and electrical data, followed by detection of components to be replaced.
\nReplacement<\/strong> of worn parts, with grinding and restoration of the spindle shaft cone.
\nRebalancing<\/strong> following measurement of the rotors and correction of imbalances.
\nReassembly<\/strong> and final testing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
